Project Management Spreadsheet Template Excel Google Sheets Gantt Chart Task Tracker Budget RAID Log Dashboard
Run a project from one workbook. This spreadsheet template combines a task tracker, an auto-generated Gantt chart, a budget tracker, a RAID log, team workload and a summary dashboard, all connected by live formulas. No macros, nothing to install.
What is inside: Start Here guide, Project Setup, Task Tracker (ID, task, owner dropdown, start, duration, end formula, % complete, status dropdown, priority, dependencies, hours), Gantt across 26 weeks with a today marker and completed-task shading, Budget (planned vs actual, variance formulas and chart), RAID Log with probability x impact scoring and color, Team Workload (COUNTIFS/SUMIFS per person) and a Dashboard with % complete, tasks-by-status chart, overdue count and budget variance.
30 fictional sample tasks are pre-filled so you can see how everything works; overwrite or delete them. 100 task rows, 60 RAID rows and up to 10 team members are supported.
Please note: this is a digital download (.xlsx file), nothing is shipped. Task duration is in calendar days. Dependencies are a text field for reference and do not auto-reschedule tasks. The Gantt is built with conditional formatting, so it works in Excel and Google Sheets, but chart styling in Google Sheets can look slightly different. It is a simple planning tool, not a replacement for full project software such as MS Project.
