Your First Five: Yoga Sequences
The class plan you wish someone had given you on the day you qualified
Teaching your first yoga class is exciting — and low key terrifying.
The best advice I received as a new teacher was simple: learn five core sequences off by heart. Know them so well you could teach them half asleep. Because you will get that last-minute message asking you to cover a class. And you'll be glad you have something ready.
That's what this guide is: five complete sequences. Three vinyasa flows, one yin-yang, one hatha — all levels, adaptable from day one. Plus a bonus yoga nidra script.
Learn them. Make them yours. Trust yourself.
You've got this!
