I used Lion Brand Mandala Baby. It’s an acrylic number 3 light weight yarn with 590 yards per yarn cake. I used the color Unicorn Cloud. 

Suggested yardage for different sizes:

• Baby Blanket = 702 yards 2 yarn cakes

• Child or Lapghan Blanket = 1,780 yards or 4 yarn cakes

• Small Throw Blanket = 2,450 yards or 5 yarn cakes

• Medium Throw Blanket = 2,950 yards or 5 yarn cakes

• Large Throw Blanket = 3,560 yards or 7 yarn cakes
