Lady Gaga: Horror Story (Beginner Creative Writing)

What happens when a pop anthem becomes a nightmare? This beginner creative writing unit uses Lady Gaga's theatrical, boundary-pushing discography to inspire a short story in the horror genre. Students start with a personal "Writer in Me" introduction (skippable or expandable), then choose a Gaga song, create characters, and write a narrative that provokes fear, dread, and catharsis. Includes lessons on horror conventions, sub-genres like Gothic, body horror, and cosmic horror, character sheets, outlining guides, and a full teacher's guide with rubrics and pacing support. Perfect for beginner creative writing, workshops, or sub plans. No prep stress—just print and go.
