The Legend of the Sleeping Massacre (+Storybook Version)

A well-known legend in the Kingdom of Vakkar and beyond, the story tells of the rise and fall of a talented general, and a promise - a curse - that will be fulfilled...

This short story is one of the first I wrote for the world of my fantasy books, The Qarran Tales. It's short, but packs a punch. I hope you enjoy it.
