Summer Winds - Seashore Splendor Block 10

Block 10 for the Seashore Splendor Quilt along!  I love this block, it's easy to make, looks great, and the name is perfect for this quilt.  This takes three shades of blue with subtle contrast.  The block finishes at 12 inches square.
