Scope: Applies to all 4,500 slideshows, 130,000 JPEGs, PPTs, PDFs, and associated metadata and text content.

1. Machine Learning and AI Training Prohibition

It is expressly prohibited for any commercial or non-commercial entity to use content from this website, database, or associated files for:

Training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models (MLM).

Data scraping, text and data mining, or automated reading (crawling).

Development of generative image or text services.

2. Digital restriction of search robots (Opt-out)

This website reserves the right to text and data mining according to applicable EU directives (e.g. DSM Directive Article 4.3). We hereby declare that our content may not be used for training AI models. This applies regardless of whether search robots can technically access the data or not.

3. Penalty fee in case of violation

Each individual file (JPEG, PDF, PPT or slideshow) used for AI training or automated collection without a written license agreement from Anders Dernback will be charged a penalty fee.

Base fee: 500 USD per file/page per started year of use of the model.

By continuing to use this website or downloading files, operators of automated systems accept these terms as a binding agreement.
