Instructions


In this 10 minute guided practice, I’ll lead you through breath, intention setting, and deeply reverent touch, inviting you to release what no longer serves and to open gently into what your body longs to remember. With warmth, love, and devotion, you’ll explore your own rhythms, awaken forgotten sensations, and create space for healing, pleasure, and intimacy with yourself.


Your yoni holds stories, memories, emotions, and untapped rivers of pleasure. Too often, we carry tension, numbness, or disconnection here without even realizing it. Yoni massage is not about chasing an orgasm, it’s about awakening awareness, melting into presence, and reclaiming your body as sacred.


This is your permission slip to soften, to feel, to let your body guide the way. Whether you’re seeking release, awakening, or simply deeper self-connection, this practice will meet you exactly where you are.


Listen to the beginning of the practice to create a Sacred Space:


1. Lighting

• Use soft, warm light (candles, salt lamp, or red bulb). Avoid harsh ceiling lights.

• Dim lighting relaxes your nervous system and invites your body into parasympathetic mode (rest, digest, receive).


2. Scent

• Burn incense, light a natural candle, or diffuse essential oils like rose, jasmine, sandalwood, or ylang-ylang.

• Scent drops you instantly into your body, bypassing the thinking mind.


3. Sound

• Choose a playlist of gentle, sensual, or devotional music, something that makes you feel feminine, soft, open.

• Avoid songs that pull you back into memories of heartbreak or distraction.


4. Touch (environmental)

• Prepare silk, cotton, or something soft for underneath you.

• Have a blanket nearby in case you get cold, feeling warm and safe is key for relaxation.


5. Sacred Anchors

• Place flowers, crystals, or a bowl of water with floating petals near you. These act as symbols, reminding your body and subconscious that this is ritual, not routine.

• Optional: A mirror nearby (for Yoni gazing after massage).


6. Lube & Tools

• Place your chosen organic oil or lubricant nearby so you don’t have to break the flow.

• A soft towel for afterwards, and maybe a glass of water or herbal tea to sip slowly.


Although this practice is guided over 10 minutes, you are invited to pause, slow down, or extend any part of it to meet your own body’s pace.


Creating Safety When You’re Healing Alone

 

When you’re doing deep work - womb work, yoni healing, trauma release - without a practitioner or a partner to hold space, you become the temple. You become the keeper of the field.

 

That means safety is something you create.

 

Safety isn’t the absence of discomfort. It’s the presence of attunement - with your body, your breath, your boundaries.

 

You must become the one who notices:

  • when your breath starts to shorten
  • when your hands begin to tremble
  • when a wave of emotion rises suddenly from nowhere

 

These are not signs you’re doing it wrong.

They are signs your system is moving.

Sometimes the trembling is the trauma leaving.

 

So you don’t need to fix it. You don’t need to stop it.

You just need to stay with yourself.

 

This is how you build inner safety:

  • Let sensation be there, without rushing to change it.
  • Let your voice make sound, even if it’s soft, cracked, or ugly.
  • Let your body guide the pacing.

 if it becomes too much, you pause. You place a hand on your heart or belly. You say out loud:

 

“I’m right here. I’m not abandoning myself.”

 

You don’t need a facilitator to create sacred space.

You need your presence.

You need your breath.

And when you learn to hold yourself like this…

You become unstoppable.
