Most people don’t realize how much they’re carrying…..until they finally slow down.
Even in rest, the body can remain activated.
This experience supports:
In a shared space, this effect deepens.
You’ll arrive while it’s still light outside.
You’ll settle in, get comfortable, and gradually be guided inward.
As the experience unfolds:
• your body softens
• your mind quiets
• your awareness shifts
You’ll return gently…
as the sun is setting.
This is an intimate, limited-capacity experience.
Early registration is encouraged to secure your space.
Your place is secured upon completion of your exchange.
What are the benefits of this experience?
Sound, when used intentionally, can support the body in shifting out of constant activation and into a more regulated state.
Participants often experience:
Even without actively trying to “meditate,” the body responds to vibration and tone in a way that supports natural restoration.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all.
This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether this is your first time or you’ve been in similar spaces before.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s completely natural.
Many people enter a deeply relaxed state during the experience.
If your body needs rest, it will take it.
What should I bring?
Comfort is key. Dress comfortably.
You’re welcome to bring:
Anything that helps you feel at ease in your body.
Can I arrive late?
To maintain the integrity of the experience, doors close at 6:25 PM.
Late entry will not be permitted once we begin.
Who is this not for?
This experience may not be the best fit if you are:
• looking for a high-energy, social, or conversational environment
• uncomfortable with stillness or being in a quiet, inward-focused space
• expecting a quick fix or immediate results
• needing constant stimulation or external engagement
• sensitive to or uninterested in sound-based experiences
This is a slower, more intentional environment guided through sound, stillness, and presence.
