What should I bring?


Comfort is key. Dress comfortably.


You’re welcome to bring:


  • a yoga mat or something to lay on
  • let us know If you prefer to to sit
  • pillows or a bolster for support
  • a blanket
  • water


Anything that helps you feel at ease in your body.



Can I arrive late?


To maintain the integrity of the experience, doors close at 6:25 PM.


Late entry will not be permitted once we begin.
