why we offer this
It is not uncommon for travelers to end up adopting a four-legged companion. This decision requires careful consideration. We are happy to assist you in making sure that nothing essential is overlooked. We also take the liberty of asking "uncomfortable" questions to help determine together if adoption was the right choice.

We are traveling right now. We don't have connection all the time - but often.
To ensure that no one pays and then finds us unavailable online, you must first fill out the form below. You will be accepted if we are online. Please mention if you are completely flexible and definitely want a consultation - regardless of how much time passes.
If your preferred dates have already passed before we will be online, we will contact you in WhatsApp to ask if you are still interested in an appointment. If not, you don't have to pay.
Normally we should be online within 3 days.

We will review your current travel situation with you and discuss what documents you will need. Additionally, we will provide guidance on everything that needs to be considered for the first veterinary visit. If you are generally unsure whether adoption is the right decision, we will go over the key points to consider for providing a pet with a good home. Is the pet suitable for "van life"? Have you thought about the expected costs? And so on...

You can comunicate with us in English and German (Swiss German, too). We also understand French and Spanish, but for detailed explanations we will stay in English. Documents / medical histories of your pet can be in English, German, French, Spanish.

Choose this for getting linked to our whatsapp chat to communicate with us. You can send us all documents you have and text us all your questions.
plus plan: 20 CHF
Choose this plan if you are in need of a call - you will get the connection with our whatsapp account, too, then we can make an appointment to call (call or video through whatsapp).
How long it takes until you receive an answer
After filling out the form below you will receive answer as soon as we are online (normally in the next 3 days - no matter if weekday or weekend).

All you need for equipment is a phone with whatsapp installed and a connection to the internet.

Please send us species (dog, cat...) of your pet and the current situation. Send us your main questions. Please mention your wish dates (send us at least 3 different possible dates).
As we don't have connection all day while traveling, we will accept your appointment only, if we are online up to your chosen dates. If we are online too late, you don't have to pay and you will recieve an email from us with other possible dates if you are still interested in an appointment.
