Maze Mosaic Crochet Bag Pattern

This is a robust bag designed for everyday use. It has reinforcement in the base and both the long and short handle. It has a button closure. A zip or snap closure can easily be substituted. Instructions are included for adding a lining.

The pattern is 16 pages long and includes written instructions, photo tutorials and charts and the mosaic technique is fully explained – a great pattern to try out mosaic crochet !!

The long handle is worked separately and then attached along the inside to give a secure and decorative result. It can also be hidden inside the bag if the short handles are preferred.

Size: The bag is approximately 27cm (10.6 in) wide at the base and 23cm (9in) wide at the top. The height is 19cm (7.5 in).

Yarn: I used Lion Brand cotton 24/7 and a 3.25mm (US D3, UK10) size crochet hook to give a tight finish.

ANY DK OR WORSTED WEIGHT NON-STRETCHY YARN (E.G. COTTON) CAN BE USED.
