A Kentucky Derby Romance

Maktoum could ride his horse all evening, if he didn't have to join his three wives for dinner at the main palace. They were expecting him, and didn't like it when he was late. He could see the Dubai sun setting in the far distance, as he sat atop his favorite horse. He was flying into the United States of America, to Kentucky to ride in the derby. He would fly in by private jet, May 1st, 2025. His beautiful lover Melissa, was waiting for him. She should already be checked into the Holiday Inn nearby. He couldn't wait to hold her in his arms again. He wished he could move her to Dubai, but it would be too risky. Besides, her fair skin couldn't hold up to the extreme heat of the UAE sun. It's best she stay in North Carolina, he thought to himself.
