A. Take the JSON file you just purchased and save it to your hard drive for further use.

B. Press the Manage Data tab on the right of the open file.

C. Press the Import tab.

D. Select the JSON File you just purchased and saved. Import it.

E. If you scroll down, you will notice (13) Historical Data. Your app is now functioning.

F. Scroll back up and press the Make Prediction tab.

G. Add Total Acidified Sodium Chlorite ppm recorded by Dan Mar Co. test kit.

Add the Free Chlorine Dioxide ppm recorder by Dan Mar Co. test kit.

Add pH by Dan Mar Co., pH paper reading.

Add your processing facility's Initial Population Density of generic Listeria measurement in cfug generally found in the drain. Scientific supporting documentation states that 10,000 cfu is a normal finding.

H. Prediction Results will populate, and you will see microbial reduction in cfug anticipated at various days of shelf-life.
