Soulfood (Ka/Kait) Sessions examines culturally grounded and accurate information to empower African-Americans (Eboni) to overcome white culture conditioning, which often consciously and unconsciously manifests as anxiety, rage, addiction, depression, alcoholism, substance abuse, dissexuality, in their varied expressions. Soulfood (Ka/Kait) Sessions is also an ideal resource from overcoming trauma from abuse and violence.

Soulfood (Ka/Kait) Sessions is facilitated as a powerful monthly restoration and elevation meetup rooted in Ancestral tradition that revivifies our natural inclination as African-Americans (Eboni) to engage in self purification and self sovereignty, founded upon eleven foundational principles; Routine, Ritual, Solitude, Fasting, Focus, Planning, Prioritizing, Adaptation, Productivity, and Self Defense (Offensive/Defensive Warfare).

Soulfood (Ka/Kait) Sessions meetups have both collective and gender based segments. Each meetup commences with a 90 minutes segment consisting of a Nduru Cuisine vegan meal, guest speaker presentation, guided meditation, and a 15 minute intermission to allow participants time to attend the 90 minute segment a peer or gender based group that focus on the their desired specific individual, familial, and communal objectives.

Soulfood (Ka/Kait) Sessions attendees that complete the eleven week introduction course can choose between four different peer groups; Sakomu Sisters, Barima Brothers, RevGen, and African-American (Eboni) Activism. Sakomu Sisters is African-American (Eboni) Sisterhood society and Barima Brothers is African-American (Eboni) Brotherhood society, yet both aim to restore the African-American (Eboni) community to its former purified state of vitality, morality, and prosperity. Ahosodisan Project Management is an Ancestral sovereignty reversion blueprint initiative implemented via meticulous project management protocols and procedures designed to inspire, educate, and empower African-Americans (Eboni) to reclaim their identity, culture, religion, autonomy, and inheritances stolen, perverted, and demonized by white people. And African-American (Eboni) Activism is a African-American (Eboni) quantitative analyst think tank that convenes to secure Black Reparations, and to both reform and enforce African-American (Eboni) civil rights and African-American (Eboni) sovereign rights.
