What happens after I book my consultation?
After completing your purchase, you will receive the next steps to arrange your consultation. You will also be asked to provide information about your child's situation so I can prepare and ensure our session is personalised to your needs.
What will we discuss during the consultation?
The consultation will focus on your child's individual education journey. We may discuss areas such as academic progress, behaviour concerns, SEND support, school communication, transitions, or how you can better advocate for your child within the UK education system.
Can I book another consultation?
Yes. If you need further support after your first session, you are welcome to book another consultation for ongoing guidance.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the personalised nature of this service and the preparation involved, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your booking.
Is this consultation only for African and Caribbean parents?
The Education Doula was created to support African and Caribbean families navigating the UK education system, but consultations are available to any parent who wants guidance and support in advocating for their child's education.
