Girl’s 8ply lace cardigan and vest - Paige

Girl’s lace cardigan (Style A) and vest (Style B), both with garter stitch bands and knitted i-cord ties. The cardigan has ¾ length sleeves.

 

Pattern sizes: 2 (4-6-8) years.

 

To fit chest: 55 (60-65-70) cm [21¾ (23½-25½-27½) ins].

Actual measurement: 63 (69-74-79) cm [25 (27-29-31) ins].

Length: 40 (44-48-52) cm [15¾ (17¼-19-20½) ins].

 

Yarn required: Panda Soufflé 8ply, 50g balls@125m.

4 (5-6-6) balls for Style A.

3 (4-4-5) balls for Style B.

 

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

2 double-pointed 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

 

Tension: 18.5 sts and 32 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over patt, using 4.00mm needles.
