Barometric Shift (23 mins)
Barometric Shift is the second phase of the Pressure Series.
This is where the environment starts moving.
The pressure established in Phase I not only rises, it shifts. The pacing tightens, releases slightly, then tightens again. There are bursts of speed woven into longer controlled pulls. Sections compress into dense activity before stretching back out.

Midway through, the script leans into sustained control before reintroducing motion and variation toward the end. The rhythm keeps evolving, asking for focus and endurance.
Still edge-focused.
More dynamic.
More demanding.
