Core AI Literacy for All Staff (Financial Services Edition)

£23 per learner

This course supports compliance. It does not replace legal or compliance advice. Full terms, refund policy and privacy notice are at the end of this page.

WHO IT IS FOR:

Everyone in a UK financial services firm who uses AI at work: chat assistants, meeting summaries, drafting tools and AI features inside everyday software.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks every organisation that uses AI to take measures to support the AI literacy of its staff. UK firms are covered when they offer AI in the EU, or when the output of their AI is used there. Regulators can enforce the duty from August 2026, and the European Commission says simply asking staff to read the instructions may not be enough.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Six short modules, about 40 minutes in total
  • Real financial services scenarios and practice checks
  • A 10 question final check with an 80% pass mark
  • A certificate of completion with a unique ID for every learner

WHY IT WORKS:

  • Plain English, no technical knowledge needed
  • Written by a UK financial services change professional
  • Gives your firm a record of the training each person completed

OUR ASSURANCE:

If no lesson has been opened, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If anything is wrong with the course, email info@aztecaigroup.com and we will put it right.

TRAINING A WHOLE TEAM:

For 51 or more learners, or to run the course on your own learning system, email info@aztecaigroup.com for volume prices and a licence.

HOW IT WORKS:

Buy a place, log in, complete the six modules and the final check, then download your certificate. Questions? info@aztecaigroup.com

Version 1.1, 11 October 2026.

PART 1: TERMS OF SALE

1. What you are buying

  • Online access to the course Core AI Literacy for All Staff (Financial Services Edition) for one named learner, delivered through Payhip.
  • The course takes about 40 minutes and includes six modules, practice checks, a final knowledge check and a certificate of completion for learners who pass.
  • Each purchase is for one learner. Logins and certificates must not be shared.

2. Price and payment

  • The price is shown at checkout in pounds sterling. VAT is added where it applies and is shown at checkout.
  • Payment is taken by Payhip and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
  • For 51 or more learners, volume prices and invoicing are available. Email info@aztecaigroup.com.

3. Access

  • You get access straight after payment. You keep access for as long as we offer the course, and for at least 12 months from purchase.

4. Refund policy

  • If you have not opened any lesson, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • At checkout you agree that access starts straight away, so once a lesson has been opened the course has been delivered and refunds are not normally given.
  • If something is wrong with the course, email info@aztecaigroup.com and we will put it right or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Your right to cancel (consumers only)

  • If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content.
  • At checkout you are asked to agree that access starts straight away. You lose the right to cancel only if you expressly agreed that the course could start within the 14 days, you acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel, and the course then started (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37).
  • Business buyers do not have this statutory right. Our refund policy in section 4 still applies to them.

6. What the course is and is not

  • The course provides general training on the safe use of AI at work. It supports an employer's measures under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
  • It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it does not replace advice for your own circumstances.
  • The certificate records that the learner completed the training. There is no official EU certification for AI literacy, and the certificate does not claim to be one.

7. Intellectual property

  • The course, its text, images, quizzes and certificate design belong to TendoVend Ltd. You may use them for your own training only. You may not copy, resell, upload to another system or share them without our written permission.
  • Firms that want to run the course on their own learning system can ask for a licence: info@aztecaigroup.com.

8. Our responsibility to you

  • We take reasonable care to keep the course accurate at the date shown in it. The law and regulator guidance change, so we review the course regularly.
  • If the course is faulty, we will fix it, replace it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • For business buyers, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the learner places concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Complaints and law

  • Email info@aztecaigroup.com. We aim to reply within five working days.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK keep the protections of their local law.
