The story of the Capasso surname: the terracotta jar, the nickname and the tradition without proof: three possible origins for one name, the town where the surname is the most common of all, the seventeenth-century jurist who put a great ancient poem into verse, the map of the families in Italy and around the world, and four Capassos who left their mark.

At the end, a family tree to fill in and a surname scroll to print.
