If you have such a stronghold on people that they are completely different when you leave the room and the Project Manager keeps having to say ‘He said…’ ‘He said…’ then ‘leader’ means something completely different…Positional Authority is short lived, then the staff needs to be empowered and that includes allowing your direct reports to have an opinion and only rarely throw your weight around😏🤨👀
