It's powerful, rapid healing to honor what your mind, body, and soul need in any given moment.
It's a sacred space where you can come in with your worries, fears, negative self-talk, self-limiting beliefs, pains, and all the messy energy from others, and leave feeling peaceful, grounded, expansive, powerful, and of course...GLOWing!
There are 2 ways to participate in GLOW:
- LIVE: Attend the weekly, guided group healing meditations with Ellen on Zoom
- ON-DEMAND: At any time, select a healing meditation from the library of previously recorded live sessions. It's sort of like Netflix, but you get a healing! :)
Membership gives you access to both Live and On-Demand recorded healing meditations. So get ready to drop your worries at the door and re-energize your radiant light!
What do you get with a GLOW membership?
- LIVE 30-minute weekly healing meditations on Zoom with Ellen - Wednesdays at 12:15pm New York time
- ON-DEMAND ACCESS to watch the current week's healing mediation and all previously recorded ones, allowing you to participate on your schedule and as often as you want. (It's like your Netflix account, but with healing!)
- Descriptions of the themes and techniques practiced in each healing meditation so you can always find what you need in the moment
- A warm, friendly community and a safe, welcoming space to heal
