Join me for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in China — a perfect blend of cultural exploration and authentic Shaolin Kung Fu training. From the bustling streets of Beijing to the peaceful training grounds in Qufu, this journey is designed to inspire, challenge, and transform you.
From May 3rd to May 16th, 2026
Day 1 (May 3) – Arrival in Beijing
Arrival in Beijing, hotel check-in, welcome dinner.
Days 2–4 (May 4–6) – Beijing Experience
Sightseeing at major cultural and historical sites, traditional Chinese food experiences, and group activities.
Day 5 (May 7) – Transfer to Kung Fu School
Morning in Beijing, then high-speed train to Qufu. Check into shared rooms and settle in.
Day 6 (May 8) – Training at the School
Introduction to training, Kung Fu Basics & stretching
Day 7 (May 9) – Temple Day (Confucius Temple)
Outdoor training & temple visit.
Day 8 (May 10) – Mountain Day
Hiking, power training and meditation in nature.
Days 9–11 (May 11–14) – Full Training at the School
Comprehensive training including Shaolin forms, weapon practice, Sanda, Hard Qigong, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, mandarin classes and calligraphy workshops.
Day 13 (May 15) – Closing Day
Final training session, group photos, and farewell dinner.
Day 14 (May 16) – Departure
Return travel.
Shaolin Master:
Master Shi Yan Jia is a 34th-generation Shaolin disciple of the Shaolin Temple and holds the Chinese National Level 7 ranking. He began his Shaolin training at just eight years old, spending a decade under the guidance of the renowned Grandmaster Shi De Qian of the 31st generation. In 2006, he officially became a lay disciple of the Shaolin Temple. His teaching blends deep traditional Shaolin roots with disciplined, structured training suitable for all students.
Master Zhang Wei is a 3rd-generation disciple of the Hong Kong Ip Man Wing Chun lineage and a 9th-generation inheritor of traditional Wing Chun. He is also a recognized representative of the Wing Chun intangible cultural heritage in Jiyang District, Jinan. His teaching combines deep traditional knowledge with a clear and practical approach, making his classes both inspiring and accessible to all levels.

Because participants will be traveling from different countries, each person is responsible for booking their own international flight to Beijing.

There is no age limit — everyone is welcome! Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
