Join me for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in China — a perfect blend of cultural exploration and authentic Shaolin Kung Fu training. From the bustling streets of Beijing to the peaceful training grounds in Tengzhou, this journey is designed to inspire, challenge, and transform you.
From May 3rd to May 16th, 2026
Day 1 (May 3) – Arrival in Beijing
Arrival in Beijing, hotel check-in, welcome dinner.
Days 2–4 (May 4–6) – Beijing Experience
Sightseeing at major cultural and historical sites, traditional Chinese food experiences, and group activities.
Day 5 (May 7) – Transfer to Kung Fu School
Morning in Beijing, then high-speed train to Tengzhou. Check into shared rooms and settle in.
Day 6 (May 8) – Training at the School
Introduction to training and meeting the masters.
Day 7 (May 9) – Temple Day (Liangqing Temple)
Full day at the temple with training and cultural immersion.
Day 8 (May 10) – Mountain Day
Strength and endurance training in nature.
Days 9–11 (May 11–13) – Full Training at the School
Comprehensive training including Shaolin forms, weapon practice, Sanda, Hard Qigong, Soft Qigong, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, archery, and calligraphy workshops.
Day 12 (May 14) – Outdoor Training
Iron Body practice and traditional stick-breaking training in nature.
Day 13 (May 15) – Closing Day
Final training session, group photos, and farewell dinner.
Day 14 (May 16) – Departure
Return travel.
Master Yu Zhi Chao was born in a small village near Tengzhou, in Shandong Province, China. He began full-time martial arts training at the age of seven. After two years of intensive training in his hometown, he was accepted into the renowned Shaolin Temple of Songshan in Henan Province, where he started his lifelong journey as a Shaolin disciple.
Proving himself in front of the Shaolin monks, he was invited to join the elite Shaolin Temple International Performance Team. As an ambassador of Tongzigong, Master Yu and his team have performed in many countries, including South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Singapore, Russia, and more, spreading the art and philosophy of Shaolin Kung Fu around the world.

Because participants will be traveling from different countries, each person is responsible for booking their own international flight to Beijing.
If you need assistance with booking your flight, feel free to send me a private message — I’m happy to help arrange it for you. Once you arrive in Beijing, I will personally meet you and guide you through the start of our journey together.
There is no age limit — everyone is welcome! Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. This retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
