Digital files are not to be shared, given away or sold as a digital file, in part or whole, modified or not.
As files or access to files has given before the 14 days, the rest of the period is forfeit.
Refunds are not given on digital purchases once access to the files has been provided, unless the files are corrupt and I can not supply a working version, or, If they files are the wrong design and I am unable to provide the correct design, or, If the files types are not what were advertised and I can not provided the correct format.
Files maybe supplied either as an attachment to an email, or a link for the files to be downloaded depending on the files size of the chosen design(s).
Files can be used for personal or small business use. Small business is classed as a business with 5 or less employees.
This purchase allows up to 10,000 physical items to be created per design. Additional license can be purchase at a later day. Example
- A purchase contains 4 mug templates = 40,000 mugs can be created.
- If you have halved the design to make matching coasters then 10,000 coasters of that part design.
If you have purchased a builder or elements set then limits are set to 100,000 items of any combination of the elements used.
You can modify the files to suit your needs; such as changing colours, resizing, adding to the design, removing parts of a design, using only part of the design, and incorporating into another larger design: as long as a physical product is created at the end of the process.
Designs may not to used to advertise any thing illegal, pornographic or support any groups that are deemed morally questionable, inciting hate or violence or any political views.
The designs can not be used to create a Logo - If you would like to discuss using an element in your logo please contact me. If the element in question has not been sold to anyone else, you will have the option to purchase it, with an additional Logo Exclusivity fee.
