vMix Title bounding a box to text and using the Concatenate function within Excel to improve Data Sources

Attached is a video and vMix file/elements that shows how to bound background rectangles of titles within vMix to the text of the title.
Useful for tidying up lower thirds or titles where text can be of variable lengths and maybe look untidy if always using the same size box based on longest title.
Also shows use of the CONCATENATE function within Excel to allow you to adjust the information within your Excel Data Sources to "add" both leading and trailing spaces to a text entry, to make it look tidier and not so bunched up on the title itself.
