Toony Feathered Raptor base

a playful sideview base of my infamous raptor style. you can paint, edit, customize this base however you please- add your own features if you'd like. add markings, patterns, scars, tattoos/body paint, etc. literally go crazy

the file is:

- PSD [photoshop] file with named groups and layers

- if you don't have photoshop, you can use: GIMP, PaintTool Sai, Clip Studio Paint, or even Photopea Online Editor to open it

- this is not vector art, all layers are rasterized. the file is 1600x1600 pixels at 400 pixel/inch resolution

Rules: 

 - you're allowed to use this base to design your own characters, or sell adopts with.

- you can commission an artist to use this base to design / put characters on this for you. they NEED to obtain the file THEMSELVES [by either buying it, or you can buy it for them].

- you are NOT ALLOWED to claim this as your own OR redistribute / sell this as digital or traditional merch.

- do what you want with the background, i've provided a basic one which you don't have to use at all.

- you are not permitted to remove my signature or link from the file, export it with those included. this is not a request.

- i ask politely for you to credit me when you use this base, and if you can, link back to this page!
