Lovelights: A Book of Song Lyrics

I’ve been singing since probably the day I was born. Music was always my comfort and my joy and my way to release my sorrow.

I had dreams of becoming a singer in my youth, but being an introvert or autistic or a Highly Sensitive Person (I’m not sure exactly which, if not all) I just couldn’t muster the kind of courage it takes to get out onto a stage or into a recording studio. I envy those who can. And I admire them. They are magicians and sorceresses with the power to heal and thrill and amaze. It’d be a sad world without them.

Anyway, I’ve written lots of song lyrics in my life. I thought I’d publish them for your enjoyment. Some are good, some are not so good. But with the right music, they could be decent songs. Then I could bring a bit of my own magic to the world. I kind of fancy the idea of being a sorceress.
