Party Time

I designed this block for the 2020 It's a Garden Party Row Along.  There are no finishing instructions for this block as it was designed to be part of a larger quilt. You can see from the photos that it can be finished by adding borders.  There are video tutorials for this block available on my website at:

The block finishes at 12" x 18"
