You’ll be guided by expert coaches who ensure every movement can be adapted to your level — whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking to push your performance further. Our bootcamp is all about community, encouragement, and progress at your own pace. You’ll train alongside people of all fitness levels who support and inspire one another every step of the way. Under 18s can join for free when accompanied by a paying adult, making it a great way to get the whole family moving. It’s a place to move, laugh, challenge yourself, and feel great — whatever your starting point. Join us every Saturday at 8am and discover how good outdoor fitness can make you feel.
