12 Autumn Meditation Cards
I have been meditating for the past 40 plus years after an intense training course with a Buddhist Monk. I live on a wee Scottish island and just off our island is a World Peace Centre - the Holy Isle. I have been teaching meditation for the last 20 years. These 12 cards are designed as a small introduction to meditation with simple exercises you can try in your own time. Meditation is, effectively, brain training so take your time and repeat them often. I hope they help. This set is heavily influenced by the coming of autumn.
