This License is valid perpetually, provided you remain in compliance with the terms and conditions herein.

Termination:

This License will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Designs and destroy any copies.

No Warranty:

The Designs are provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Cecile Devine/Brigantia Arts be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Designs.

Governing Law:

This License shall be governed by USA and International laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Designs, you acknowledge that you have read this License, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
