The Sweetest Year - A Rosh Hashanah Story for Littles (Printable PDF)

A short, sweet rhyming story for Rosh Hashanah: one little apple's search for the perfect New Year dip. Print at home and enjoy a happy, sweet start together.

A shiny red apple sat high on a tree, and Rosh Hashanah was coming. He rolls through the kitchen, the pantry, and the garden tasting every dip he can find - hummus too savory, salsa too spicy, lemon juice too sour, chocolate too messy - until he discovers golden honey, gentle and sweet, "like a hug from above." A gentle rhyming story about the search for a sweet new year, ending with apples, honey, and "Shanah Tovah to all!" Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers in the weeks before Rosh Hashanah.
