Neon Outlaw – Transfer Vendor License Agreement



By purchasing this License, you agree to the following terms for the use of all digital designs created by Neon Outlaw. This license grants approved use for print transfer vendors producing and selling physical transfers and finished products.

This License Applies to ALL Neon Outlaw Designs

✅ Permitted Use

• DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfers
• Screen Print Transfers
• Sublimation Transfers
• Heat Transfers / Iron-On Transfers
• T-Shirts, Apparel, and Clothing Items
• Tumblers, Drinkware, and Accessories
• Stickers, Decals, and Similar Products
• Any physical, finished products for resale
• Transfer vendors may sell printed transfers using Neon Outlaw designs
• The transfer vendor holds the license (not the end customer)
• Customers who purchase printed transfers from a licensed vendor are not required to purchase a separate license
• A LICENSE IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR SELLING PRINTS/TRANSFERS, ANY AND ALL PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS, NOT REQUIRED FOR SHOPS SELLING NEON OUTLAW DESIGNS ON FINISHED PRODUCTS THAT ARE CREATED IN HOUSE

❌ Prohibited Use

• Digital files may NOT be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed in any form
• Designs may NOT be altered, edited, extracted, or partially used for resale as digital products
• You may NOT offer Neon Outlaw designs for download (free or paid) on any platform
• Uploading or sharing files in “dump groups,” file shares, or similar communities is strictly prohibited
• You may NOT claim, imply, or present Neon Outlaw artwork as your own
• You may NOT outsource printing through an unlicensed vendor

⚠️ Enforcement

Any violation of this agreement will be considered copyright infringement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of licensing rights
• Removal requests (DMCA takedowns)
• Legal action where applicable

This is a ONE TIME fee for LIFETIME!
