These simple bootees are easy and fast to knit. They feature garter stitch soles for added warmth and ribbed legs for keeping them on kicking little feet.
This is a versatile pattern, with 18 options included in the instructions: straight leg; turned back cuff; optional eyelets for ties; three sizes (0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6 – 9 months); and instructions for each bootie to be worked either in the round or knitted flat and seamed up the back of the leg.
The bootees are knitted in sport weight (#3) or light DK (#4) yarn.
