7 Days of Gentle Art
A quiet, creative invitation to return to yourself.
One scribble, shape, or swirl at a time.
A quiet, creative invitation to return to yourself.
One scribble, shape, or swirl at a time.
This isn’t for artists.
It’s for anyone who wants to feel creative again.
Maybe for the first time.
For people who make cardboard props for their kids but don’t think that counts as art.
For those managing homes, jobs, and small humans while navigating a flicker of wanting more of themselves back.
And...maybe...also for artists, too! The ones who’ve gone quiet and need a way back in that doesn’t demand anything loud or polished.
7 Days of Gentle Art is a soft, quiet return to that part of you.
You don’t need experience, fancy supplies, or a consistent bedtime in your house.
You just need small windows of willingness. Even 5 minutes works.
This course offers a prompt each day. Something you can do in five or fifteen minutes.
We don't strive for perfection here because it’s about expression, curiosity, and noticing what moves inside you.
Each day you get:
Reconnect with creating. Whether it's been a few months or a couple of years. Allowing you to gently find a way back to your own comfort zone.
Do it alongside your kids, during a quiet meeting, or with music after bedtime. These prompts work even when time is tight.
Grab a post-it, a napkin, a random envelope. There’s no perfect way to do this. There's only your way.
I didn’t expect to love it this much. It gave me space to do something creative every day without overthinking it.
My life is chaotic right now. I almost didn't sign up because I thought it would be too much. I'm glad I did. I miss it now that it's ended.
I did this with my kid. It was fun to make art together. It became a little pocket of daily creativity for us both.
You have access for a lifetime.
You don’t have to do all seven days in a row...or even in the same week. Art doesn't always follow a linear timeline in order for it to matter.
Most people dip in and out when they can. That’s okay.
And once you start you might find that it's easier to keep going than you thought!
P.S. you can sign up and reregister for the email prompts as much as you like! Reset the frequency whenever you'd like.
Yes. Art supplies are not included.
But you don't need special art supplies. A pen, paper, and 3 coloured pencils are all you'll need.
Plus, each prompt has alternatives so you can adopt the creativity to how you feel in the moment.
I’m a therapist, and I created this to support wellbeing but this course isn’t therapy. And it’s not a substitute for clinical care.
7 Days of Gentle Art is a creative resource grounded in human wellbeing, not diagnosis.
You don’t need to process deep emotions to benefit from it.
This course is about presence, creativity, and the quiet impact of making time for your art.
Not at all. This is for you. You don’t need to post, explain, or show anything to anyone. If you do want to share, you’re welcome to, and the Instagram page is shared in the course, but reflection is optional, and privacy is part of the practice.
Not everything needs to (or should!) be shared with the world.
