Clear, Practical Guide That Separates Smart AI Use from Lazy Shortcuts

This chapter does an excellent job of cutting through the noise around AI in higher education. Instead of the usual “AI will write your thesis” hype or the opposite fear-mongering, it focuses on the real difference: using AI as a productivity multiplier versus treating it as a replacement for thinking.
The four levels of AI usage (Avoidance → Dependency → Assistance → Leverage) are particularly useful, and the practical prompt examples for research, coding, and writing are immediately actionable for final-year IT students. The emphasis on verification, ownership, and critical thinking is consistent and responsible.
Design is polished and modern, though a few pages feel slightly text-heavy and one or two sentences appear truncated. Overall, it’s one of the more mature and useful student-oriented AI guides I’ve seen — focused on leverage rather than shortcuts.
