EPC Upgrade Decision Matrix_FREE VERSION

FREE: Grade your property's fabric and rank your EPC upgrades.

EPC C is confirmed for 1 October 2030, and the new standard leads on a fabric performance metric - insulation is no longer optional. This FREE Excel tool grades your building envelope, then ranks six upgrade categories so you know what to do first and what to leave alone.

Enter your property once. No email required, no signup, works in Excel and Google Sheets.

Includes the Fabric Gate assessment and the full scoring matrix. The paid version adds phased sequencing, cost-per-EPC-point analysis with cost cap tracking, and a dispose-or-retrofit test.
