With your purchase, you'll get 128 new experimental sounds for your Roland D-110* synthesizer. The total of 4 SysEx files included in the package contains 2x64 timbres. (Two SysEx files contain the 2x64 new timbres, and the other two files contain them in an alternate arrangement.) The files contain basses, pads, pluck sounds, leads and other timbres such as chip sounds, among others. The package also includes a complete list of the timbres and detailed instructions on how to load these into the synthesizer.
You can listen to some of the timbres included in the package in the linked YouTube videos. Please note that the sounds in the videos are mostly effected, so they may sound different from what you hear directly from the synthesizer. The names of the timbres in the videos have been changed in several cases in the package.
The free downloadable preview file includes a list of the tones and a SysEx file with 12 sounds to try out.
* D-10/D-20 users: note that the tone structure of the D-110 is exactly the same as the keyboard versions, although the patch and timbre data are slightly different. The D-110 works with the D-10/D-20 SysEx data without any problems, so theoretically the D-110 SysEx data can also be used with the keyboard versions, although this has not been tested. It is recommended for the D-10/D-20 users to download and try the preview SysEx file before purchasing.
