This bodyweight "guide" is made to inspire, support and motivate you in your health and fitness journey without any road blocks. After receiving so many requests for at-home HIIT workouts, I decided to cater to those needing a starting point. You can use these workouts as actual workouts, a guide to get your workout going, or a full equipment workout incorporating weights and bands you have.  I wanted to create something combining both my passion and a service to those I can't train one on one - resulting in a functional, fresh, fun and convenient challenge package!
