[SCRIPTED] Emergency Throwline System

EMERGENCY THROWLINE SYSTEM

This is a cool emergency throwline system based off the real-life boards around the UKs open water, used to rescue individuals who are drowning when no emergency services are present. This system includes:

• Realistic throwline bag model,
• Scripted tool that lets you throw the bag to a person in water,
• Extremely cheap and one-of-a-kind,
• Lets the person drowning grab hold of the tool,
• Drag them in using "R" on keyboard (no mobile compatibility yet),
• Kneeling animation (R6 only) when dragging them in
