The Paralytic Lowered Through the Roof Made Simple

Four friends tore up a roof — because Jesus forgives and heals. This Scripture-first guide walks through Mark 2:1-12 and Luke 5:17-26, the story of the paralytic let down through the tiling into the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. Eleven chapters cover the crowded house, the four burden-bearers, the broken roof, the faith Jesus saw, the greater miracle of forgiven sin, the scribes' objection, the Son of Man's authority to forgive, the command "Arise, take up thy bed, and walk," and the crowd's astonished praise — plus fourteen reflection questions for personal study or group discussion.
