I'll be taking away the hassle factor and giving you the right information in a way that you can easily incorporate into your busy life.
And I'll be there everyday to encourage and support you when things are feeling tough. In fact, as a community, we can bolster each other!
I've been in that place - I'm a self employed nutritionist, mum to two head strong daughters and a bonkers border collie, a wife, I'm perimenopausal and have a crazy busy schedule juggling everything. There have been times when I really have let my health slide and chocolate has felt like my best friend. I've let exercise drop off completely for months on end and it's been a big challenge to turn things around again. But I have done it!
Though my training as a nutritionist, personal trial and error, more than 10 years client experience and learning valuable health coaching skills I know what works.
I know which elements are the most important to tackle, how to make habit changes that are simple and achievable and, most importantly, I understand the power of small, achievable steps and daily accountability and consistency.

There will be monthly challenges you can opt into, day to day support and encouragement, easy crowd pleasing meal ideas, plus a monthly talk and Q&A session which you can watch live or in your own time. Once you sign up to the membership you'll get access to the content that's continually building within the hub. You'll be able to access it on your lap top, iPad or smart phone - whichever is best for you. Each month your membership will renew for as long as you wish to stay a member.

Absolutely not! The health hub is not focussed on simply weight loss. It's focus is on supporting and coaching busy people to find time, motivation and ideas to help them make positive and sustained changes to habits and therefore health.
Chances are, you might lose weight if you need to but it not what this is about.

I really hope you are going to love the membership and that it will really help your health and wellbeing. BUT…if for some reason you don’t want to stay, you’re free to leave. No contract. No commitment (other than the one you have to make to yourself to follow the advice).
There are no refunds available. Simply let me know (via info@applestozinc.co.uk) that you don’t want to stay and you’ll have until the end of your billing cycle to access the hub. At the end, you’ll not be billed again and future access will be revoked.
I will be providing you with information based on my experience and knowledge that typically helps health. I do not claim to treat, cure or diagnose you.

This membership is suitable for women who are looking to improve their health and are willing to commit to making some small to medium sized changes. You are likely to be generally well but might have a few health niggles, need more energy and perhaps have some weight to shift.
Anyone who is underweight, has an active or a history of eating disorders should not sign up to this course.
Anyone with cancer, or who has a health condition that requires a specialised diet should not sign up to this course.

You'll have access to this course instantly and for as long as you are paying a monthly subscription. If you choose to cancel you will have access until the end of your billing cycle.
