I've been in that place - I'm a self employed nutritionist, mum to two head strong daughters and a bonkers border collie, a wife, I'm perimenopausal and have a crazy busy schedule juggling everything. There have been times when I really have let my health slide and chocolate has felt like my best friend. I've let exercise drop off completely for months on end and it's been a big challenge to turn things around again. But I have done it!


Though my training as a nutritionist, personal trial and error, more than 10 years client experience and learning valuable health coaching skills I know what works.


I know which elements are the most important to tackle, how to make habit changes that are simple and achievable and, most importantly, I understand the power of small, achievable steps and daily accountability and consistency.

HOW THE MEMBERSHIP WORKS

Once you sign up to the membership you'll get access to the content that's continually building within the hub. You'll be able to access it on your lap top, iPad or smart phone - whichever is best for you. Each month your membership will renew for as long as you wish to stay a member.

You'll also receive an email inviting you to join the Facebook community (that's optional but strongly encouraged for daily support!)
