Home Maintenance App: Seasonal Tasks, Repairs and Warranties

Keep your home on schedule. This browser app tracks recurring home tasks, seasonal checklists, repairs and their costs, warranties and your list of pros. Mark a task done and it sets the next due date. Works in the browser on any device, offline after it opens, with your data saved only on your device. You get a hosted app link, a How to Open PDF and an unlock code.

WHAT IT DOES

• Home screen with your home's name, the next task due (days left or days overdue) and a Mark done button

• Stat cards: Overdue, Due in 30 days, Done this year, Spent this year, Warranties ending

• Needs your attention list: overdue tasks, tasks due soon, warranties ending and seasonal checklist progress

• Tasks with area, home system, season, repeat (Monthly, Every 3 or 6 months, Yearly, Every 2 years, One time), last done and next due

• Mark done logs the date, who did it and the cost, then sets the next due date from the repeat

• Seasonal checklists for spring, summer, fall and winter with ready-made starter tasks and progress rings

• Repair log with item or area, contractor and cost

• Warranties for appliances and systems, marked Active, Ends soon or Expired

• Pros list: plumber, electrician, HVAC tech and more, with tap-to-call phone numbers

• Yearly cost summary by year and by item or area, from your repair log and the costs you enter when you mark a task done

• Dropdowns with common choices plus "Type your own"; your own entries are remembered

• Upload a CSV with a template and a preview before anything is added; export CSV

• Backup and Restore to save a copy or move to another device, plus Print

• 4 color themes (Farmhouse, Blueprint blue, Cottage green, Modern slate), and Load example data to see it filled in first

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE

Your data stays in this browser on this device. It works offline after it opens and sends nothing off your device.

LIMITS

• It shows what's due when you open it. It doesn't send reminders, texts or emails.

• It isn't a belongings inventory (for that, see our Home Inventory app).

• You type entries in (or upload a CSV). It doesn't connect to any smart-home device or account.

• Data lives in one browser. Use Backup to keep a copy.
