Eating Disorder Credential Psychology CPD Tracker
Two cycles. One tracker. Zero confusion.
Are you tired of the eating disorder credential CPD logging struggle?
The CPD tracker built for psychologists juggling AHPRA, an ED Credential, and endorsement areas, all at once. Works in Excel and Google Sheets, no software to install.
You know this problem already...
AHPRA runs December to November. Your ED Credential runs July to June. If you're endorsed, there's a third set of hours sitting on top of both, and some of your CPD counts toward more than one requirement at the same time, but only if you log it correctly.
Most of us end up managing this across a couple of spreadsheets, a folder of certificates, and a mental note to "sort it out before renewal." Then renewal comes around and you're back-calculating hours from memory, digging through emails for certificate numbers, and hoping you've actually met the peer consultation minimum you half-remember from last year.
It's not that the CPD requirements are unreasonable. It's that isn't a simple place to put them.
So I built one...
I'm Renata, a Psychologist who holds the ED Credential myself and have spent more renewal seasons than I'd like to admit scrounging for my notes, counting hours... and locating things across multiple locations! I said it wouldnt never happen again, and that Id get it organized better next cycle.... yet there I was again....another year... another mess!
This tracker exists because I needed it first...
You log an activity once. The tracker works out which requirements it counts toward, including the ones that count twice, and updates every dashboard automatically. No formulas to touch, no separate ED spreadsheet living next to your AHPRA one, no year-end scramble.
How it works
- Log it once. Date, activity name, activity type, hours. Paste your notes link from a document. That's all you enter.
- Choose the right activity type. This is the field that does the work. Select a dual count type when one activity genuinely covers two requirements, for example eating disorder content delivered within your endorsed area, and the hours are credited to both automatically.
- Watch your dashboards update. Nothing to calculate by hand, nothing to cross check against last year's spreadsheet.
What's inside
- CPD Log: Your single entry point, with space to log dates, hours, and note links, with space for certificate links and receipts alongside each entry. This helps you find everything when you need it.
- AHPRA Dashboard: Your 30hr total, 10hr peer consultation, and 20hr other CPD, tracked year on year
- ED Credential Dashboard: Your 15hr CPD, 6hr supervision, and 3hr individual supervision, tracked cycle on cycle
- Endorsement Dashboard: Covers all nine AHPRA endorsement areas, with required hours that adjust automatically depending on how many areas you hold
- Learning Plan: AHPRA's learning plan requirement, built into the same file
- A How to Use guide: Inside the spreadsheet and also a standalone PDF, so setup takes minutes
Works wherever you already work
No desktop app, no install, no operating system limitation. This is a genuine Excel file that opens in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, on Mac or Windows. One-time purchase, no subscription, no login, ever.
Your file lives wherever you keep it, on your own computer or in your own Google account, the same as any other document you own. There's no server involved and nothing to lose access to if a subscription lapses, because there isn't one.
Built for where CPD requirements stand now
Your dashboards are currently built to cover cycles through to November 2028 for AHPRA and Endorsement, and June 2028 for the ED Credential.
Who this is for...
- AHPRA registered psychologists
- ANZAED ED Credential holders
- Psychologists endorsed in one or more of the nine AHPRA endorsement areas
- Anyone tired of reconstructing their CPD hours the week before renewal
