Testosterone has dropped roughly 1% every year since the late 1980s. By this, I mean a 35-year-old nowadays has upwards of 25% less testosterone than a 35-year-old in the early 2000s. Many of the factors that contribute to this come down to each man’s choice in lifestyle.
There are simple steps to increasing your testosterone levels, and this guide is just that—the simple steps. Of course, there are other hormones to think about… this guide (if followed) will help all of them optimize.
Be warned, there is some shit talk in this guide. It does not take a gentle approach. BUT I believe this is necessary for men… strong accountability and sometimes some rough guidance.
