I really enjoyed this book so much, because I could relate to it. I was glued to reading it every chance I got. Great read!

I liked the inspiration of this great Author of his personal walk, through out his journey he gave provided a window into the life of how he became him.

I enjoyed all of the content due to being privileged to witness the journey. Very inspiring and a must read, and motivational my hat off to this great Author of how he found balance.

Going back with this brotha to 1988, it is amazing the things you remember and forget about a persons life. Being one of the friends who shared in some of the authors memories, I have to say that his memory to detail are spot on. It takes courage to tell the public lows in your life and I respect him for sharing that and not just the high points. I didn’t realize what he went through between 2005-2011, but I am glad he fought through and came out better on the other end. I think anyone, rather you know the author or not, will enjoy reading a man’s life through its first half. The good things is, you still have the second half to go. BTW, I’m the quarterback who ran him 25 times a game, why? Because he was that good. Godspeed…

This book was a great read. All of the details from year to year with the song references just made me reminiscence
and took me back gave me a "throwback feeling!
