RESILIENCE & UPGRADE PROTOCOLS
Path C (Stewardship) Grace Period: A one-time 60-day "Connection Pause" for documented emergencies (Medical, Bereavement, or Displacement).
Path B (Momentum) Grace Period: A one-time 30-day "Connection Pause" for documented emergencies.
Path A (Fast-Track) Restart: We will honor your initialization and set a future Restart Date (up to 6 months) for 1:1 sessions.
Upgrade Gate: Upgrade to Path A within 6 months by paying the remaining balance of the $3,000 total in full. Capital must be available at the time of request.
Momentum Bridge: Stewardship clients may upgrade to Momentum within 90 days by paying a "Bridge Payment" to reach the $1,100/mo schedule immediately.

How do I communicate with Jacqueline? Fast-Track pioneers receive unlimited Telegram access. Momentum and Stewardship clients utilize the Circle App. The Architect does not use or check email daily to maintain technical focus.
What is the refund and exit policy? There are no refunds. When you initialize your path, you are committing to the full term of the agreement. Early exits for reasons other than documented emergencies are not permitted, and any unpaid balance remains as an outstanding "Technical Debt."
What happens if my payment fails? We utilize Payhip’s automated protocol (Retries on Day 3, 5, and 7). Failure to restore the connection by Day 7 results in automatic suspension and a $50 Re-Initialization Fee.
THE DIVINE GUARANTEE (Risk Removal)
The Activation Commitment: If you follow the protocol, initialize the hardware, and execute the technical builds but do not have a signature system ready in 90 days, I will work with you for free until your system is live.
