ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF FEASIBILITY AND VIABILITY STUDY ON CAPITAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA

This research focuses mainly on the impact of feasibility and viability appraisal on the development of capital projects in Owerri urban. This study gives a clear insight into the various ways in which Capital Project developers and owners in Owerri can maximize efficiency and profits through effective and efficient application of feasibility and viability appraisal methods and techniques. The survey research method using descriptive analysis was adopted in eliciting data from the respondents for this study. The major findings in this research, is that financial commitment to a project has something to do with the success or otherwise of the project. This research consists of a title page, approval page, certification, abstract, table of contents, Chapters One to Five (from introduction to conclusion), and references.
