ONE MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM
This program is based on a monthly training cycle for calisthenics which are carefully compiled according to my previous experience with this training method that brought me great progress. The purpose of this program is to increase your performance, muscle mass, endurance, muscles capacity, and of course an increase in the maximum number of repetitions of all exercises, in a period of one month. This program is designed for all levels of exercisers, from beginners to advanced exercisers.
