Let's recap what we've learned so far. Stress isn't caused by the world "out there," but by our own thoughts and feelings. That means we can stop rearranging our lives trying to escape stress.

When we let those thoughts and feelings have their time - they pass through and stress seems to dissolve with ease. We don't have to freak out and think, "Oh no, stress again! Gotta fix this!"
Instead, we can simply be with those feelings.
