This 30-minute strategy call is designed for families facing a Medicare or Medicare Advantage coverage termination, denial, or discharge-related coverage concern.
During the call, Stay Covered Appeals can help you review the basic situation, identify the appeal deadline, discuss the notice received, organize next steps, and determine what documents or information may be needed to prepare a stronger appeal response.
This call may be helpful if:
• You received a Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage, also called a NOMNC
• You received a Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage, also called a DENC
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or home health coverage appears to be ending too soon
• You are unsure what records to request
• You need help organizing the timeline and key facts
• You want to understand whether a full appeal document package may be appropriate
This strategy call does not include preparation of a written appeal letter or full appeal packet. If additional document preparation is needed, separate service options may be discussed.
